Transparency: Pricing and Services

We aim to be transparent about our services and costs. Most of the personal injury, industrial disease and medical negligence claims we handle can be taken on under a no win, no fee Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA). This means:

  • If your claim is unsuccessful, you generally do not pay our legal fees (provided you comply with the agreement terms).
  • If your claim succeeds, a success fee will be deducted from your compensation. The amount of the success fee will be agreed with you and set out in the CFA before you proceed.
  • You may be required to take out an After-the-Event (ATE) insurance policy to cover potential costs if the claim is unsuccessful. We will explain this if applicable.

We will always explain the costs and terms clearly before you commit to anything.
