We work with clients across the UK and are set up to handle enquiries, evidence gathering and case progression remotely, so you do not usually need to visit our offices in person.
No Win, No Fee
Many of the claims we handle can be taken on under a no win, no fee conditional fee agreement. This means that if your claim is unsuccessful, you generally do not pay our legal fees, provided you comply with the terms of the agreement. If the claim succeeds, a success fee may be deducted from your compensation. We will explain all costs before you decide whether to proceed.
